Operations Audit
The Operations Audit is a focused review of one operational problem, workflow, or system, not a comprehensive audit of the entire operation. Before the session, you’ll complete a brief intake, and we may ask for relevant documents or screenshots when they would help us understand the issue.
We’ll then work through the problem during one 90-minute remote session. Within three business days, you’ll receive a written action plan identifying the primary constraints, recommended changes, and what to address first.
One 20-minute follow-up conversation is included to clarify the findings and discuss possible next steps.

The Audit fee is $495.
When the Audit leads into qualifying Gleason Insight implementation work within 30 days, the fee is credited toward that project.
